Public Safety - Explosives - Definitions
Altering the term "explosives", as that term applies to provisions of
law relating to manufacturer's and dealer's licenses and licenses to
possess specified explosives, to include bombs designed to operate in
a specified manner and any combination of two or more components that
are sold or offered for sale together for the purpose of being
combined to create an explosive.
