Synopsis:

Requiring a service provider of specified management services for a common interest community to enter into a written contract with the community's governing body in order to provide the management services; establishing the right of a common interest community to terminate a management service without penalty if the service provider fails to enter into a specified written contract; prohibiting specified provisions in a written contract for management services; etc.
