Synopsis:

Allowing an individual in a restaurant or club for which a specified alcoholic beverages license is issued in Prince George's County to consume under specified circumstances wine not purchased from the restaurant or club; authorizing a license holder to charge an individual a specified fee; applying the sales tax to the fees; requiring an individual to dispose of or remove specified wine after finishing a meal; altering a definition; etc.
