Environment - Construction on Piers - Exception for Solar Panels

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of Public Works to issue a specified license for the construction of a solar panel on a pier located on State wetlands under specified circumstances; exempting a specified project from a specified prohibition on the issuance of a wetlands permit relating to construction on a pier located on State or private wetlands within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area; etc.
