Entitled:
State Board of Education - Financial Literacy Examination

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2011, regarding a plan for creating a statewide financial literacy examination which each student must take as a condition of graduation; and prohibiting the plan from requiring a student to pass the examination as a condition of graduation.
