Providing that a motor carrier permit is not required for a specified shuttle bus service operated by the University of Maryland, College Park; removing the sunset applicable to a specified motor carrier permit exemption relating to bus service provided by the University of Maryland, College Park to specified persons; altering provisions of law relating to the geographic area in which the University of Maryland, College Park may provide specified bus service and the persons eligible to use the bus service; etc.
