Providing for the statewide application of specified provisions of law
governing the towing or removal of vehicles from parking lots;
requiring a person who undertakes the towing or removal of vehicles
from parking lots to provide notice to police departments before
towing or removing a vehicle from a parking lot; repealing the
requirement for a tower to provide notice to specified police
departments after towing a vehicle from a parking lot; etc.
