Synopsis
Requiring the State Board of Education to post a training video on hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillators on its Web site; requiring the training video to be selected by the State Board, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, at no charge, if possible, and to be no more than 15 minutes in duration; and requiring each county board of education to post and publicize the training video in a specified manner and encourage specified individuals to view the training video.
