Legislation

Requiring the State Board of Education to develop guidelines for instruction in character education on or before July 1, 2020; and requiring, beginning in the 2020-2021 school year, each county board of education to require each public school in the county to provide instruction in character education to all students in prekindergarten through grade 12.
