Synopsis:

Requiring hospitals to establish a safe patient lifting committee with an equal number of managers and employees on or before December 1, 2007; requiring the committee to establish a safe patient lifting policy on or before July 1, 2008; requiring the committee to consider specified factors while developing a safe patient lifting policy; etc.
