Synopsis:

Authorizing the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to initiate investigations and investigate complaints relating to alleged violations of specified bonding requirements by employment agencies; requiring the Commissioner to provide a specified notice; and authorizing the Commissioner to impose a penalty under specified circumstances.
