Requiring the Board of Physician Quality Assurance to establish and maintain a toll free hotline to receive calls from individuals with intractable pain and who are not satisfied with the pain management regimen of their licensed physicians; requiring the Board to assist an individual who suffers from intractable pain and who calls the hotline by discussing alternative pain management regimens with the individual's licensed physician or by facilitating the transfer of the individual; etc.
