Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of The Grand United Order of Odd Fellows Sandy Spring Lodge # 6430, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and preservation of the Odd Fellows Hall, located in Sandy Spring; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
