Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Academy of Success Community Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $800,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Academy of Success, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building to be used as a community center to further expand and enhance all existing services to meet the needs of the children, youth, and families that the Academy serves, located in Baltimore City; etc.
