Synopsis:

Increasing a supervision fee for individuals placed under the supervision of the Division of Parole and Probation from $25 to $40; requiring that $15 of the supervision fee be used to fund retirement benefit enhancements for members of the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services as provided for in a specified Act; providing agents who are employed by the Division of Parole and Probation with membership in the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; etc.
