Providing agents who are employed by the Division of Parole and Probation of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services with membership in the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to transfer specified contributions to specified funds of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; etc.
