Environment - Lead-Contaminated Dust Testing and Inspections - Related Party

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a specified owner from employing or engaging a related party to the owner to perform specified lead-contaminated dust testing or conduct specified inspections; requiring the Department of the Environment to impose an administrative penalty, not to exceed $25,000, on an owner who employs or engages a related party to the owner to perform specified lead-contaminated dust testing or conduct specified inspections; requiring the Department to impose an administrative penalty under specified circumstances; etc.
