Task Force to Study the Titling and Registration of Off-Highway Vehicles

Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force to Study the Titling and Registration of Off-Highway Vehicles; establishing the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to serve as the chair of the Task Force; establishing that a member of the Task Force may not receive compensation, but is entitled to specified reimbursement; establishing the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2005.
