Evaluation
Continuing the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners in
accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act
(sunset law) by extending to July 1, 2022, the termination provisions
relating to authority of the Board; requiring that an evaluation of
the Board and the statutes and regulations that relate to the Board be
performed on or before July 1, 2021; requiring the Board to report on
regulation of podiatry in the State to specified committees of the
General Assembly on or before October 1, 2015.
