Limiting the applicability of certain provisions of the Insurance Code to Medicare supplement policies; authorizing the Insurance Commissioner to adopt regulations establishing standards for certain policies; repealing an exemption from disclosure requirements; amending certain definitions; and generally relating to the Maryland Medicare Supplement Act and conforming to certain federal requirements.
