Use of Sick Leave After Birth or Adoption

Synopsis:

Broadening a provision that allows an employee who is responsible for the care and nurturing of a child to use 30 days of accrued leave to care for the child after a birth or adoption under specified circumstances by eliminating the distinction between an employee who is secondarily responsible for the care and nurturing of the child and one who is primarily responsible.
