Department of Agriculture - Weights and Measures - Fees

Synopsis:

Repealing the statutory fee schedule for testing for conformity with National Conference On Weights and Measures requirements; requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to set the fees by regulation; and specifying that in establishing the fees the Secretary shall only charge a fee to cover the cost of providing the technical service or evaluation by those industries requesting the service.
