Synopsis:

Requiring a contract that provides pest control services to a consumer and that limits the coverage provided under the contract or the liability of the service provider to include a notice that the contract contains limitations on coverage or liability and that the consumer should carefully read the contract before signing it; specifying the manner in which the notice must be provided; requiring that provisions in the contract limiting coverage or liability be printed in a specified manner; etc.
