Employment Discrimination - Gender Identity - Compensatory Damages

Synopsis:

Prohibiting discrimination in employment based on gender identity; making existing remedies and procedures regarding employment discrimination applicable to discrimination based on gender identity; defining "gender identity"; and authorizing compensatory damages to be awarded in an action against an employer that engaged in, or is engaging in, an intentional unlawful employment practice.
