Synopsis:

Repealing a specified provision of law relating to the termination of the Maryland Security System Technician Act; altering a specified requirement that prohibits specified information from being divulged, except by court order, to persons who are not members of the Department of State Police; specifying that specified licensing fees include the costs of the Maryland and national criminal record checks; exempting a portion of those fees from being paid into the General Fund of the State; etc.
