Synopsis:

Recognizing the State Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Violence Prevention at Bowie State University; recognizing the Center as the central repository for materials, data, and information relating to specified training programs; recognizing that the Center shall operate a violence prevention program, implement violence prevention networks, provide specified information and training, academic support, and other services regarding violence prevention education; etc.
