Establishing, for purposes of unemployment compensation law, that under specified circumstances, a specified crew leader is an employing unit for specified individuals who perform specified custom poultry work; establishing, for purposes of unemployment compensation law, that under specified circumstances, the person to whom the crew leader provides an individual who performs specified custom poultry work is an employing unit for the individual; etc.
