Vehicle Laws - Use of Headlamps

Synopsis:

Requiring the driver of a vehicle to light the vehicle's headlamps, parking lights, or fog lights when the vehicle's windshield wipers are being operated for a continuous period because of impaired visibility from unfavorable atmospheric conditions; establishing a certain penalty; and permitting enforcement only as a secondary violation.
