Vehicle Laws - Titling and Security Interests - Electronic Information System

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop and implement an electronic system for the issuance of certificates of title and the recording and releasing of security interests; providing that the electronic system may provide for transactions without issuance of specified documents and the transmission of data to and from licensed dealers; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to adopt implementing regulations.
