Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt in the amount of $450,000 as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Streetcar Museum, Inc. for the acquisition of a site in Baltimore City and for the planning, design, and initial construction of a museum on the property, to be used to delineate, through displays and exhibits, the history of streetcars as part of the history of Baltimore City.
