Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $190,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Streetcar Museum, Inc. for the acquisition of a site in Baltimore City and for the planning, design, and construction of a museum on the property, to be used to delineate, through displays and exhibits, the history of streetcars as part of the history of Baltimore City.
