Allowing the Board of Physician Quality Assurance to share data with other states; requiring health care systems to give specified data to the Board; authorizing the Board to investigate any complaint even if not written or signed; giving the Board authority to set certain examination requirements; eliminating the restricted osteopathic license; allowing the Board to issue advisory opinions; etc.
