Synopsis:

Limiting the applicability of specified provisions of the Insurance Code to Medicare supplement policies; requiring disclosures on specified policies; requiring disclosures of any automatic renewal premium increases based on age in specified policies; and repealing an exemption from disclosure for requirements for basic, catastrophic, or major medical policies and single premium, nonrenewable policies.
