Synopsis:

Altering the per barrel fee for oil transferred in the State and credited to the Maryland Oil Disaster Containment, Clean-Up and Contingency Fund; requiring the Secretary of the Environment to transfer money from the Underground Storage Tank Upgrade and Replacement Fund to the Oil Contaminated Site Environmental Cleanup Fund in certain fiscal years.
