Maryland Stadium Authority

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Stadium Authority from closing on the sale of certain bonds unless the Authority has secured a long-term lease with a National Football League team that requires the team to reimburse the Authority for certain construction costs subject to certain conditions; requiring the Authority to transfer a certain amount of money to a special school construction fund; etc.
