Synopsis:

Establishing a retirement system for employees of the Department of Juvenile Justice who are employed as Youth Supervisors I, II, or III or Supervisors of Group Living I, II, or III; providing for membership in the system; providing for service retirement, disability retirement, optional benefits, and death and surviving spouse or children's benefits; allowing the vesting of pension benefits; providing for cost-of-living adjustments; providing for member contributions; etc.
