Synopsis:

Imposing a State admissions and amusement tax on gross receipts derived from authorized slot machines; providing for the distribution of the revenue from the tax; authorizing the State Comptroller to set the rate of the tax, to conduct audits of records relating to the income of slot machines and the disposition of the income, and to use the tax revenue for administration of the audits; etc.
