Human Relations Commission - Jurisdiction - Employment Discrimination

Synopsis:

Altering the jurisdiction of the Maryland Human Relations Commission with regard to matters involving discrimination in employment by providing that the Commission may entertain matters relating to discrimination in employment involving employers with one or more employees as opposed to the current law restricting the Commission's jurisdiction to matters involving employers with 15 or more employees.
