Synopsis:

Defining a holder of a subordinate interest in property subject to a mortgage or deed of trust to include a condominium council of unit owners or homeowners association that has filed a request for notice of a foreclosure sale; allowing a condominium council of unit owners or homeowners association to file a request for notice of specified foreclosure sales; etc.
