Synopsis:

Altering the prescription drugs for which the generic forms are required to fill certain prescriptions under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; providing for the effective dates of the Act; and generally relating to the substitution of generic forms of certain prescription drugs and the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Pharmacy Assistance Program.
