Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to update certain criminal history records checks and to issue certain printed statements; requiring the Department to adopt regulations requiring certain persons and agencies to verify periodically certain information; and requiring the inclusion of disposition before judgment or not criminally responsible in the criminal history records checks reports.
