Entitled:
Personal Property Tax - Exemption - Family Day Care Homes

Synopsis:

Exempting personal property used in connection with certain family day care homes from valuation and from the property tax if the personal property is owned by an individual and located at the individual's place of residence; and providing for the Act to be applicable to all taxable years beginning after June 30, 1996.
