Synopsis:

Requiring new home builders to disclose or make a certain disclaimer as to the presence of any hazardous or regulated materials, including asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, underground storage tanks, licensed landfills, and other environmental hazards present on the site of a new home to the owner.
