Enhanced Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Moratorium Extension

Synopsis:

Extending through May 31, 1997 the period during which the Motor Vehicle Administration and the Secretary of the Environment are prohibited from requiring specified test procedures under the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program; and altering the periods during which specified limitations on test fees apply.
