Synopsis:

Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of Education to determine the placement or reassignment of expelled students within County public schools or other facilities administered by the Board; establishing, in Prince George's County, an academy for students who have been expelled from the County public school system; specifying certain requirements of the academy; and requiring the County Board to adopt certain regulations relating to the academy.
