Drunk and Drugged Driving - Driving While License Suspended or Revoked - Revocation of Registration

Synopsis:

Authorizing a police officer to confiscate and suspend the registration of a vehicle driven by a person whose license to drive is suspended for drugged or drunk driving; authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke the registration if the owner does not request a hearing, fails to attend a hearing, or suffers an adverse finding at a hearing; authorizing an owner to request a hearing to prevent revocation of the registration; establishing the times and methods for requesting a hearing; etc.
