Sexual Offenses - Polygraph Examination

Synopsis:

Prohibiting State's Attorneys and law enforcement officers from requesting or requiring that the victim of specified sexual offenses submit to a polygraph examination; and prohibiting such persons from even informing the victim of the option of submitting to a polygraph examination; etc.
