Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $30,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc., for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, a women's memorial at Arlington National Cemetery, honoring all the women who have ever served in the military of the United States.
