Maryland Stadium Authority - Use of Football Stadium Funds for School Construction

Synopsis:

Repealing specified authority of the Maryland Stadium Authority concerning professional football and a professional football stadium; altering the face amount of bonds that may be issued for specified sports facilities; prohibiting the Board of Public Works from approving the issuance of bonds for specified purposes; requiring the State Comptroller to transfer specified funds administered by the Authority to the State School Construction Program; etc.
