Prince George's County - Rights of Redemption - Limit on Reimbursement of Foreclosure Expenses PG 424-96

Synopsis:

Providing that in Prince George's County the plaintiff or holder of a certificate of sale is not entitled to be reimbursed for expenses in connection with the foreclosure of a right of redemption as a result of a tax sale that are incurred within 6 months after the tax sale; and providing for a certain exception.
